Please stop with the HOAX TANK PICTURES AND VIDEOS

Our enemies on social media are circulating pictures and videos of military equipment and people in camo.

The same pictures are said to be in one place or another place.

This is a COMMON social media disruption technique.

I just had someone send me pictures of “tanks on a train” in central New Jersey. The trees, however, are in full summer foliage.

There is another one at a railroad crossing in NY, oops Florida, no California - the same stupid fucking video of a train carrying armored vehicles.

There is a stupid “I just got this from my friend at FEMA” email going around which is too stupid to describe. Long story short - that one is fake too.

People, if there were a massive military mobilization in this country, there is no “they” that could keep a lid on it. Please stop circulating this horseshit. Just because someone shows you a picture of a tank and says it was “today in Baltimore” does not make it true.

the one photo shows a tank on a train car up on blocks - tracks and drive removed, not exactly what I would send on maneuvers. My thought is that the one train is obsolete, worn out equipment on the way to or from a GAO auction.

You haven't seen a longer parade than a 15 vehicle convoy with a three mile string of angry civilians behind it. Been there many times in the last twelve years.

I drive past Ft Hood when I go to the VA. You've never seen more combat vehicles, humvees, tankers with fuel and water, 6X6's, in your life at one time. Time to time they go on road trips and when the reserves show up - they hit the road in green.

Those two tweeters are Russian bots no doubt in my mind.

I live in Military City, USA.

Our bases don't do much with combat operations, but they are among the bases that supply the support personnel to make combat zones work. When the military is about to bug out somewhere, we see the movement here, because our neighbors bug out themselves. We ALL have military neighbors here. They're everywhere. I have about half a dozen of them in my little subdivision. One of them is my next door neighbor.

That's why I know we have NO mobilization going on here. Whenever there's a big operation, he's GONE. I thought something must have happened because he hasn't been around lately, but I saw him yesterday. Told him I'd wondered what international fuckup to expect when I saw everyone gone. He laughed and said no fuck up, he'd been on leave to visit relatives in Mexico while the borders were open, sorry for not letting us know, but the plans got made on short notice.

There is no massive military op going on.

I wish people would use their heads for something other than hat racks.

Look, there won't be fed troops coming through. We're not brown people at the border, so who will get the call to respond to a FEMA-type disaster are the National Guards. Each state will make that call as they see fit. If it happens, the governorwill inform us via major breaking news about a National Guard call up, and it will be all over every TV and radio station--NOT from some random chump on stupid fucking social media.
