or respiratory or heart problems. Sorry about your Bell's palsy, a friend had it for awhile but it finally went away. Hope it clears up soon for you, too. Check with doctor but I don't think you are any more at risk from the virus.

so my immune system is at it's lowest point in the cycle

Hubby had a really bad palsey couple of years ago, unnoticeable now unless he is very tired. Accupuncture worked wonders. Good luck.
