Now you're talking, Speaker Pelosi!

In recent weeks, the Speaker has been drawing a scary picture by dropping powerful ideas during her public and not-so-public appearances. From proclaiming (more than once) that “all roads lead to Putin,” to wondering what the Russians have on McConnell, to asking “Do you paint houses too?” referencing a mob movie - she has already sketched out our dark situation.

But relatively few Americans will have heard and connected all of her clues. I’d love to see her hold a press conference to show exactly (with visuals) what she and other Democratic leaders know about this horror story - and make it clear just how many RepubliCONs are compromised.

Is such a public reckoning coming - perhaps after the Senate trial?

Moscow Mitch is doing his best to make sure that none of us can watch! I hear he's trying to ban the Press and CSPAN from the trial. Hope he fails, but things are moving so fast and it's very scary!

'ashen-faced.' I think many people have known from the beginning a lot more than the general public. The public only sees the tip of Rick Wilson's 'fecal iceberg'...but lots of people, including those from other countries, know the whole thing. And I think if the entire truth was out the GOP would have to disappear and we would have to re-invent our democracy and elections. I think the GOP is fighting not just for re-election, not just for loyalty to the cult, but for the survival of the party.

Besides, if they didn't fight for Trump, he would out them for all the misconduct and also take half to start his own party.

story to us from years of criminal behavior. "All Trump's roads lead to Putin." I'd forgotten "Do you paint houses too?"

I strongly doubt any Americans, as in outside her inner circle, have heard anything like all the information our top leadership have. Knowledge is power. No one's going to give that to me and the Republicans. I also don't have a vast web of connections with connections with people in significant positions, and to intelligence services in this and other nations, nor am I someone people are trying to get important information to.

In the end, I doubt everything will be revealed. This just gets wider all the time, and they're already worried about the morale and recovery of our nation. Probably they'd also sometimes be able to limit the damage to innocents, and relative innocents, and the main focus to others they really need it on. So...?

No doubt the historians and others will be filling holes with theories we can argue over.

I'm very curious too. And many feel that just because people in government live with "need-to-know" restrictions to protect information and sources doesn't mean the citizenry should.
