My, my, the people of Buffalo are a forgiving, humanitarian bunch. Not a lot of comments to the story, but there are posts to the effect of "Leave poor Chris Collins alooooone!" and "You're piling on" and "Hasn't Chris suffered enough?"

It's a hard man indeed who doesn't get at least one Republican voter to weep for him.
