10. The shooter was probably driven to distraction

by those kids riding their damned noisy dirt bikes up and down the street (usually gunning the engine all the way).

I don't condone for a moment what the shooter did but I have a similar situation from time to time where I live and I feel like spitting nails after a while of putting up with the f'ing racket.

That is something else. He came close to killing one of those children. How could you live with yourself, if you killed a child because he was making a racket? There are many other ways to deal with noise.

There is really zero point in noting that some people find noisy kids annoying. That really has nothing to go with it.

The problem here is someone decided to cope with perfectly ordinary, normal, everyday life by battering kids and firing a gun at people.
