but I would also craft statutes (once Dems regain control of the Senate) that make it grounds for any federal employee, appointed or elected to be immediately terminated from government service on refusing to appear for a legal subpeona along with jailing for contempt.

bail provision. Racked as a felony misdemeanor, meaning the loss of voting rights. I'll even throw in a lifetime revocation of a passport and/or visa.

or is shown to have lied in any official capacity from government office or service. I would also seek a legal method to prevent 'monkey-wrenchers' from holding office.

on Good Morning America by the guy, Abrams? (can't ever remember his name) who reports on legal issues. He explained it in simple terms and at the end emphasized that it was the Republicans who put this law in place.

are using their powers to stifle justice and efforts to rein in this corrupt president and his cronies. Goes to show all in full view of just what they are doing w/ their power. Completely disgusting. Never again will this party (the party of 'Laws' etc.) will ever be trusted with the reins of power again being that they abused it so much.

where they didn't have cookies for the daily cookie & milk snack. There was a lot of whining. There was only about 20 of the little tykes, so not a bigger group than the republican party, but about the same amount of crying and whining per capita.
