I would guess a perfect call is one that achieved all it's aims.
If you called to have someone killed and that person was killed it would be a "perfect" call.
It has nothing to do with legality or appropriateness.

(11,760 posts)He lacks the vocabulary to properly explain concepts. If you notice most if not all of his conversations involve a very limited set of descriptors. He repeats those descriptors over and over again. He even looks as if he is trying to find another word but quickly returns to his limited repertoire.
