Why isn't anyone talking about the Kushner bailout for 666 5th Ave?

The Kushner's were drowning in debt of over a billion dollars when they got bailed out by a Qatari-backed investment company. If Hunter Biden should be investigated for money received from a foreign entity, then Jared Kushner should as well. Why hasn't the media brought that up?

The House will keep attention on one topic, vote impeachment, rinse, repeat, by having one committee at a time in the news. I think financial things may be done by a different House committee, and may be next on the list. They are gathering the evidence, and it's more complicated than the current topic.
