General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsThe "transcript" contains only 10 minutes of dialogue. The whole call took 30 minutes.
The call was from 9.03 am to 9.33 am.
30 minutes.
Read the text and enunciate it at normal speed. Reading the text closely took me about 10 minutes.
This is no 30-minute conversation.

(25,183 posts)When I did customer service, and I had a Spanish-speaking customer on the line, along with our interpretive service, each call took twice as much time. Everything has to be said twice, and sometimes repeated for clarity, such as when the interpreter was of a slightly different dialect than the speaker. Our interpretive service was based in California, where a more Mexican version of Spanish was used, and most of my Spanish speaking customers were Caribbean Spanish speakers.

(54,770 posts)If they were going to intentionally leave info out of the "transcript," somebody screwed up.
I wouldn't be surprised if there is stuff left out, it was trump bloviating about how great he is.
