How would Pelosi have standing? What would be the legal cause of action? Presidents try to induce foreign governments to do things all the time.

Basically the world would have to be pretty fucked up if the alternative scenario of a President Obama suggesting XYZ be banned from country X and country X complying.... But IOKIYAR, right?
