Impeachment is really in the power of the Courts. The Courts will decide whether or not the House impeaches, in my opinion.
They have stacked the Courts pretty good. Who knows?

...if the Courts were to rule in favor of the White House and Justice Dept, and rule that the House Judiciary did not have the standing to look at the Grand Jury materials, would the House continue with impeachment inquiry?
The Courts will have a lot to say about whether he is impeached or not, in my opinion.
