RACINE, Wis. —
A Kenosha County EMT accused of fondling a woman in an ambulance will stand trial.
Jodin Froeber, 37, is charged with second-degree sexual assault.
According to the criminal complaint, the 20-year-old woman suffered a seizure on July 19, 2011, and lost consciousness.
Froeber, a firefighter for the Somers Fire Department, responded to the emergency call.
The complaint said the woman regained consciousness when she was placed in the ambulance. She said she felt a man's hand under her shirt and inside her shorts.
