1.1 million dollar ad campaign accusing Democrats of having a "secret list" of super-liberal candidates for the federal judiciary if a Democrat is elected POTUS. No one on our side has heard of it, but the JCN insists we have such a list and, of course, it is really bad news for 'Murika. When asked for details about the list, the folks at JCN say they have none, 'cause it's a SECRET list.
Uh-huh.
Well, guess what? I say the Trumpers have a super secret "only for the eyes of those with a tattooed portrait of Hitler (or Trump) on their ass" list of "Libtard Snowflakes" Trump intends to publicly execute on the steps of the Lincoln Monument just after he's re-anointed. Rumor has it that some of the "treasonous socialists" will be beheaded, some hanged and some obliterated by anti-aircraft guns, a la Kim. But, I can't really say anything about it for sure, 'cause it's a super secret list (and I don't have any tattoos on my ass).
Doubtful?
My list is backed up by just as much evidence as theirs.

Didn't mean to suggest otherwise.

(8,543 posts)The last time a Democratic President nominated a judge to the Supreme Court - the Republican Senate refused to even hold a confirmation vote. That nominee was not considered "super-liberal" by anyone with measurable brain function.
If the Republicans hold on to the Senate in 2020 and the Democrats win the White House, what chance is there of getting any nominee confirmed - let alone a "super-liberal" one?
If the Democrats take the Senate and White House, we''ll nominate and put on the bench anyone we damn well please - and they can thank Mitch McConnell for that.
