House! Do anything you can to protect our 2020 election. Hell, give them Wall money. Nothing

is more important. Just saying, “oh well, it didn’t work..they blocked us.” Is NOT good enough. We are in deep shit here. Tom Steyer? Send $$ to states with Dem governors to buy some anti-tampering software? Impeachment and hearings ships have sailed, sadly..figure out some ways to protect our votes.

that money will not be deployed to actually enact the intended effect. That requires the executive branch to act in good faith, which this executive WILL NOT DO.

All kinds of spending allocations have passed both houses of Congress which the Trump admin simply does not enact. Election security would be more of the same. The corrupt Trump admin will simply ignore any mandate for election security spending, or purposely spend it frivolously/ineffectually, while happily spending the money for the dumb wall which you are offering them.

constraints and obstacles. My point is to figure out a way to get it done somehow, some way. Compromise with something. If we don't, they will steal it again

Which is exactly why any compromise over this stuff is a waste of time. They aren't going to trade away their best shot at maintaining power. And if a compromise is reached, they'll screw us.
