67. most of them are secondary and tertiary recipients of what the kremlin recognized years

ago was an incredibly successful republican propaganda operation. probably 10 or so years ago around the time manafort was cochair of the mccain campaign they figured out how to use limbaugh to push palin on mccain.

most of those people don't know it but are just waiting for the left and dems to start giving talk radio the credit it deserves - and protest and boycott it until the ad industry has to stop using reluctant and apathetic advertisers to prop it up. enough of their clients get hit with bad publicity and boycotts and they'll have to start asking if they really want to support trump and global warming denial and a war with iran before they put them on those radio stations.

and artificial intelligence now makes that easier than ever - putin/trump's only unique advantage can't survive stopprush x100

When I saw him at a community meeting the other day my first thought was he doesn't look healthy---just when the country really needs him. Labored breath. Struggles to heave himself up a few stairs. Has a kind of limp ---or at least walks as if he's in pain.

Felt very anxious for him.

He can actually move much better than he did before the surgery. He is under stress and it was too hot. He’s OK now.

You know, just like Trump, Barr and the rest of his henchmen are stonewalling subpoenas to testify before Congress and litigating requests for documents. Mnuchin and IRS are violating the law with impunity, why not the intelligence agencies? Let Trump threaten them with contempt of whatever, file suits and take it all the way to the Supreme Court.

36. My family lived in Germany when the Berlin Wall went up. It was an incredibly tense period

for the US military and their dependents who were stationed there. There were frequent drills in school and everything was on high alert. Mom and Dad had those "talks" with us children about where our important family papers were kept, what to do in the event of an alert, what information we should give out if we were apprehended: father's name, rank and serial number. We were supposed to wear our dog tags and to be vigilant.

19. Trump is the one who is guilty of treason.

If I remember correctly, most of the agents who lost their jobs were Russian specialists, so getting rid of them meant less expertise to analyze Russian intel and actions. After getting rid of as many Russian specialists as he could, Trump—and Barr—want to collect even more information for Putin by identifying the people who have worked undercover in Russia for decades to provide intel for national security. If identified, those people will be killed immediately. Even the heads-in-the-sand Republicans ought to be able to follow that likely outcome. Are there any options for stopping this dangerous action? Impeachment would take far too long. We need some immediate action to stop this. Can Congress pass something to overturn Trump’s executive order?

When Nance talks, I listen very closely. When he writes books, I buy them, read them and commit his words to memory.

He reveals things that others cannot come out and say without damage, yet he is careful what he does say.

I have read his books and he has a new one coming out in November, later this year. It's title will be "The Plot to Betray America: How Team Trump Embraced Our Enemies, Compromised Our Security and How We Can Fix It" I think you can pre-order it from Amazon now.

40. If Malcolm Nance says this, then we are well and truly fucked.

"The Plot to Hack America" and "The Plot to Destroy Democracy" seemed like nervous hand-wringing and possible bullshit when I first read them. But then they ended up being confirmed absolutely TRUE. "The Plot to Destroy Democracy" is, essentially, the unredacted (and probably some of the redacted) portions of the Mueller Report, and he published that book last year. Nance called out Maria Butina as a Russian agent before anyone else knew who the fuck she was. Two months after I read the book, she was busted for being a Russian agent.

Malcolm Nance is a true American patriot, and he KNOWS what he's talking about. His career was in military intelligence, for real.

Is there anyone here who knows if steps can be taken by the intelligence services to block Barr's access, and are they likely at all to do so?

I've reached a point where I see no point in wailing and gnashing of teeth, I just want to know what can be done to counter Trump's moves toward autocracy, and if it is going to be done or not.

I expected a horror movie when he took office, but this news managed to make my stomach knot up.

More than most talking heads, Nance has a resume of dedicated service that few can equal, so his words carry twice the weight of others.

I find his assessment to be the confirmation of our worst fears.
