-- and the Congressional resolution that started out just against anti-semitism, it is very clear whose words she is referring to. You have to consider context when you look at a comment. It is highly unlikely - that when the Congress spent a few days with the comments as controversy and worked on the resolution precisely because of the comments - that you could suggest that Clinton speaking of officials having to avoid anti-semitic comments that it had nothing to do with what was happening.

I have no problem with Clinton being one of many who were unhappy with those comments and saying so. There is a very narrow line and the House Democrats finessed it nicely by being against ALL hate speech.
