Dear Chris-
Thank you so much for all your kind wishes since the primary last June. I am excited and confident in the bright future the House Democratic Caucus will pursue.
As for my future, I want to let you know that I have taken a position at Squire Patton Boggs. I am looking forward to continuing to work in the best interest of New Yorkers as part of this new chapter and hope we will stay in touch.
Thank you again for all your support.
Sincerely,
Joe

We need legislation to stop this.

(2,437 posts)7. Listening to a live interview with Elizabeth Warren on TYT now
and she said eliminating this type of behavior will be one of her first priorities. She is not happy about this.

(16,950 posts)10. Exactly, but look at all the glee in tossing out corruption
accusations with no proof, no nothing. Typical.

(49,379 posts)9. Voters in his district tossed him out after Joe served them well
for 2 decades. Joe shouldn't be worried about what anybody thinks about how he makes an honest living for himself.
