This is from Carter Page's NES speech in Moscow in July 2016.
The woman asking Page the question is Maria Katasonova, an infamous personality closely associated with Kremlin online propagandist Konstantin Rykov, who claims to have run an online influence campaign to get Donald Trump elected using Cambridge Analytica and Wikileaks.
The Russian dubbed translation is so loud I can't even get a sense of what Page is saying.
I doubt it's anything earth shattering in and of itself, but it should be noted that the Steele Dossier alleges Page met with Russian intelligence while in Moscow in July 2016. And Facebook posts from Rykov from July 2016 talk about Page's NES speech being a "cover" and Page meeting with "the intelligence service" or "to get information" (depending on what translation you get).

(2,916 posts)1. In case nobody here speaks Russian...
I suggest checking out the Google Translate app. I was able to translate spoken Chinese the other day and Ive used it to translate Russian text on the fly, on Facebook and Twitter. Good luck!

Unfortunately it only works on text.

(2,916 posts)4. The app has both voice and conversation options
for the Russian language. I used the Chinese one to translate a weird voicemail I got supposedly from British Columbia the other day. It worked pretty well. Its worth a shot. 😄
