In discussing the BuzzFeed story with Wolf Blitzer this afternoon, Preet Bharara said that one detail he had noticed was that an SDNY filing(?) included something about Trump telling Cohen to do something but a similar SCO filing(?) done at the same time did not include that same detail. Somebody should ask Preet about that in light of the SCO statement.

(I'm not following the legal details too closely so I wasn't paying very close attention.)
