(17,865 posts)playbook for a very long time. I might have the tendency to trust the Washington Post on a story (not the New York Times). I don't trust any other news agency to properly vet these stories. Reporters need to dig to next level. Why would investigators in Mueller's team even leak a story like this. If it didn't come from them, then the same could be said for the SDNY. These kinds of leaks cost investigators jobs as they should.
