Adult-film star Stormy Daniels will attend the testimony next month of President Trumps former personal attorney Michael Cohen, her lawyer Michael Avenatti announced Friday.

Cohen is scheduled to testify before the powerful House Oversight and Reform Committee on Feb. 7 and will face questions from Democrats on links between the Trump campaign and Russia and his admissions about hush-money payments to women alleging affairs with Trump.
Aventti said it was "appropriate" because Cohen's testimony "would have never happened but for" Daniels.
Daniels was paid $130,000 by Cohen shortly before the 2016 presidential election to keep her quiet about an affair she alleges to have had with Trump in 2006.

(10,054 posts)Cohen, Avenatti, Daniels - all in the same room hating on him, publicly for the cameras. While only Cohen gets to give testimony, you just know that Avenatti & Daniels will have cameras on them too - maybe they can dress up like the Monopoly Guy....

(62,444 posts)Cohen was on the special coundels radar long before the Avenatti circus. Heck, the WSJ published, in January 2017, the basic outline of Cohen arranging payment.
Youve fallen for Avenattis self-promoting bullshit, taking credit for other peoples work.
