Money BORROWED from the Social Security Trust Fund.

Not only is he bailing out CHINA's economy by placing a Great Wall of China on the Mexican border, he is using money set aside for hard working Americans that have worked for their whole lives and depend on, with Republicans cheering him on in Congress.

The Democratic Party should plaster that all over the media.
