I'm pretty sure between the phone service provider and the FBI's considerable resources, they could figure it out. But I'm guessing that phone has long since been thrown into a shredder or a garbage disposal or met with some other untimely end. All accidentally, I'm sure. Because no cullooshun.

We know what time he sat down with the Russians. We know what time that meeting ended. We know that he called the blocked number literally minutes after the meeting ended (and I think minutes before it started too, IIRC). It's not hard to figure out who it was on the other end. And the fact that the number was blocked tells you that they knew what they were doing wasn't on the up and up.
