4. Everyone thinking of challenging her, from either party, in 2020 needs to get on the same page

with a memorable critical phrase/nickname of her which they will all use every time they refer to her. Something like "feckless puppet of Mitch McConnell" or similar. Repeat it so often that everyone in Maine -- Dems, Repubs, and Indies -- internalizes it.
