Can folks from Wisconsin confirm this fact? Cuz I really, really, really want to laugh a hardy laugh when I find this is indeed true.

Fun fact: Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker signed a law preventing second place finishers from requesting a recount if they lost by more than 1%.

Walker lost by 1.2% to Democrat Tony Evers. Poetic justice.

A generic google search for that race shows 99% in so I guess better wait for that 1% to drop. Still though, knowing Walker is sweating it out because of his own idiocy...delightful.
