WINNING? 2018 midterm election represents worst House retention by any potus in 100 years

1. From a JPMorgan email this morning: "Adjusted for economic and market conditions, the 2018 midterm election represents the worst House retention by any President in 100 years"

Our Dear Leader announced that the midterms were a "Big Victory". This news would indicate that he is wrong.
