I really am not convinced Gillum lost either, sans manipulation.

Desantis has 49.7%
Gillum has 49%
And the number of votes outstanding could close this gap.

back in the '90s? They called it for the R, then the votes were all counted and he lost. Judd Gregg runs in my mind, but can't recall.
