as if his own supporters won't be the most affected when they retire and don't have enough investments or savings to pay the bills and can't afford health insurance.

Those tax cuts will help the wealthy have more to save and invest while companies do share buybacks to prop up their stock prices. It's not going to help the middle class or working class in any noticeable way.
