Sox beat Yankees to move on to the ALCS. Sad for Trump and Rudy.

(31,261 posts)You should practice throwing cans of beer though. Your aim at Kimbrel coming out of the bullpen was a bit off. I hear Kavanaugh is giving beer can throwing lessons, heard that he is an expert.

My father and grandfather watched them as the Brooklyn Dodgers. When they left their hearts were in L.A. and when I grew up i asked them which team they supported and they told me Dodgers.
Go Dodgers!

Growing up the Sox were my favorite team as Florida had no baseball teams at that time.

(11,175 posts)I note your phrase "the National League Astros." I certainly want the Sox to win, but it occurred to me that, if both long-established teams (Sox and Dodgers) were to lose, there would be an interesting twist to the Series. It would be Brewers versus Astros, but with each team representing what, to me, still feels like the wrong league.
