Cotton: Feinstein to be investigated over leaked letter from Ford

Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s office will be investigated to determine whether it leaked a confidential letter from one of Brett Kavanaugh’s accusers, Sen. Tom Cotton said Sunday.

Cotton, an Arkansas Republican, also said lawyers recommended to Christine Blasey Ford by Democrats will face a Washington, D.C., bar investigation for telling her that Senate Judiciary Committee staffers would not travel to California to interview her about her sexual-assault allegation.

“They have betrayed her,” Cotton said on CBS’ “Face the Nation.” “She has been victimized by Democrats ... on a search-and-destroy mission for Brett Kavanaugh.”

He also said Democrats would be at fault if women become less likely to report sexual assaults now because they did not keep Ford’s request confidential, as she had asked.

You'd think they would be happy that the faults of their nominee were exposed before it was too late. Oh wait, that would mean they have morals...never mind.

The more I watch this disgraceful goat rodeo of entitled white men the more I want to just go out and punch some random guy in the crotch. Actually, I want to punch Tom Cotton, Lindsey Graham, Chuck Grasshole, Orrin Hatch, and many more of their ilk in the crotch. I hope we're all going to be lighting our torches, sharpening our pitchforks, putting on our pussy hats and voting as many fossilized old white GOP men out of office as possible - and descending on D.C. and other cities on Jan. 19 for a women's march twice the size of the first one.

Go ahead.

He may not like the outcome. But if that's the case then it will be a "fake investigation".

Dr. Ford should have allowed the investigation and accepted the results of partisan republican investigators. Is that the theory?

Good! When we take the House we must launch an investigation into his possible Logan Act violations re: Iran Letter.

Ford's name was leaked. And as Feinstein stated at the hearing, Ford had discussed her situation with several close friends. Any one of them could have mentioned her name to others, perhaps inadvertently.
