(33,345 posts)The longer he remains a nominee, the more questionable stuff comes out. The enraging part is that those repukes on the committee very likely know this from the documents they're hiding. That's why they're in such a rush even if it does damage to them in the midterms.

(38,000 posts)AFAIK we haven't seen what's his background check from the FBI. AFAIK the FBI doesn't distribute that information publicly.
It's my guess the White House and GOP know all kinds of ugly facts about Kavanaugh and they chose to make him judge for life anyway.

I'm guessing there is family money, but the FBI should have spelled it out.
