There won't be enough time before the midterms to vote on another nominee, correct??

Day Two: Trump has another Federalist judge nominated.
Days Three and Four: Judiciary Hearings with a vote the night of Day Four.
Day Five: McConnell schedules a vote for the Senate.

and in the lame duck seasion they be as unfair as they wnt to without the midterm hanging over their heads.

(51,299 posts)and unfocused to nominate a replacement immediately. So maybe a week or two. But then Senators would not be as focused with elections near. And they would be leery about ending up with another Kavanaugh.
After the elections and before new Senators sworn in? I don't know.
