A black police officer who stayed impressively calm while an arrested suspect screamed the N word at her — more than 50 times in one minute — has been called a role model for law enforcement.

1. Oh, please. Is it really so unusual for a police officer to do the job properly
that when one actually does so, we're supposed to call her a hero? All police officers should be able to find it within themselves to refrain from assaulting handcuffed suspects.

5. When police officers NOT doing there job are all over the news,
a police officer doing her job receiving accolades can do no harm. Showing people what "right" looks like is a good idea.
