Manafort has rolled over on his back, and is hoping Mueller gives him a little belly rub, instead of kicking him.

It's over for Manafort. He is now a submissive puppy. Trump should be very, very worried, I think.

Both our beagle/basset mix and our beagle do that roll-over bit fairly frequently, especially if they have done something they think was wrong, like peeing on the floor instead of going outside in the rain. We always give them a little belly rub to let them know we're not mad at them.
