That's not a hypothetical in any way, how could he not answer that?

He wouldn't give his personal opinion on anything !!!

His reasoning was if appointed he may have to rule on the questions being asked.

I have watched the hearing in its entirety up to this date. (It is painful and boring)

He repeatedly refers to the Supreme Court and the Constitution.

He has repeated the same answers over and over.

They continually stop him and ask for a yes or no.

He even refuses that form of questioning.

He is slick and evasive.

He has been well groomed.
