**NV SENATE** Rosen (Democrat) 48% Heller (Trump Poodle) 43%

A small plurality of Nevadans believe Democratic Rep. Jacky Rosen would make a better senator than incumbent Dean Heller and that the Republican senator should reject Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, according to a new poll from a pro-Affordable Care Act advocacy group.

The poll, which was conducted by the Democrat-leaning Public Policy Polling for Protect Our Care, found that 48 percent of respondents would support Rosen if the election was held today, compared to 43 percent for Heller, a 5 percent margin that is slightly bigger than the poll’s margin of error, 4.3 percent. It also found that 47 percent of respondents believe that Heller should oppose Kavanaugh’s nomination, while 42 percent think that he should vote to confirm him.

I have to say when I lived in Las Vegas and Dean Heller came onto the political scene I was sick, because he looked just like the type of Republican who could hold the seat forever in that state. Of course, John Ensign seemed the same but he found a way to implode.

We need Heller to follow Ensign out the door toward obscurity.

Harry Reid not only fortified the Clark County turnout operations but the Democratic candidates each cycle are dramatically improved from maybe 15 years ago when we were struggling to win anything statewide.

He has photos of all the presidents on the wall. The one of Jimmy Carter stands out. He's in his all black Vegas business casual. It's so out of character. He probably went there when his son was running for governor.

I got so spoiled on comps in that town that paying for food gives me the shakes.

Three of us ate there and reminisced about working in the Horseshoe sportsbook together. Other than the conservation the pictures were definitely the highlight.

He will stick with Drumpf, even if it means his own downfall.

He's actually giving a Big Fuck You to his constituents, who apparently want him to oppose the nomination. It's almost like they are giving him a chance to redeem himself.

The repub cult masters have no shame.
