Women's Marathon results (I am one of crazy runners who got up at 8 am EDT to watch this):
Tiki Gelana of Ethiopa for Gold, Priscah Jeptoo of Kenya for Siver, and Tatyana Petrova Arkhipova for Bronze. The USA team did well, with Shalane Flanagan in 10th Kara Goucher at 11th (finishing only about a minute and two minutes behind the leader).
It was the closest finish of the Women's Marathon, and Gelana broke Joan Benoit's 1984 OR by seven seconds.
The course ran through "Tourist London," and finished in front of Buckingham Palace. Lovely!
