Where have all the flowers gone.

The children. Where are the children?

No matter if anyone answers. Posted these for me. I have been listening to old tunes and crying. I am so tired of the horrific abuse of this admin. The damage to the wee ones that we may never be able to correct. The damage to every living being on this planet that I pray, and I am not religious, will survive.

The answer is blowing in the wind.

Peace. Out.

Thank you RG. Good to know you are in a similar decade as me and appreciate the struggle we went through then and again fight.

I have the same therapy, by the way. The last couple of weeks I've listened to PPM on youtube, seeing as how I've been in the process of moving. Once the turntable is unpacked, though, out comes the vinyl, where every little scritch has become part of the harmony. And in exquisite timing, our PBS station has been running PPM'S 50 year retrospective. Just yesterday I was thinking about their "Go Tell It on the Mountain", maybe changing the refrain to "Let my children go!"

Peace, indeed.

Love my Tee shirt as well.

Yes we need a lyrics change. "Let My Children Go" I picked songs with the closest lyrics I could get for today. I love PP&M.

And when things have settled down a bit, remind me to tell you my little PPM story.
Meanwhile, suffice it to say that Mary's passing was the ONLY time I ever cried for a celebrity's passing.

the audio of the crying kids who had just been separated from their parents. I love that song and remember it very well in another bad time. Hugs!

Um, I listened for a second and turned it off. The images alone have devastated me.

Love you too.

It was just horrific. I can't imagine being there but unable to comfort them. I don't know how those people do those jobs.

One guard joked that their cries were a symphony. Some I guess steel themselves and others are leaving.

I just don't know anymore.
