What is happening is nothing short of a cataclysmic dismantling of the post-WWII order and the New Deal in one fell swoop...the SCOTUS is lost for a generation or more...the Presidency is besmirched to a shadow of its former prestige...the nation is becoming more and more isolated and cast off by the day with 45% of the population whistling Dixie and feelin' fine again now that there is a white man in the White House, while the rest of us shake our heads and stare agape at the slow motion train-wreck in-progress.
