Not just sitting in for him in a minor ceremonial task at the Dinner, but even daily spouting his b.s. talking points better than he can do it and with a semblance of "policy" sounding stuff.
So, since he can't show his face in most places where just showing up with a face is the least he's required to do, he has installed a de facto president, and it's a woman, Madame President Hucky SANDERS.
Yea, *yuck*, but a woman doing a job a man can't do.
