Spanky is about to flap his gums again
so I've turned off the sound on my TV. However, I am still able to observe the scene: It could be one of Saddam Hussein's palaces, or a Versailles theme park designed by the folks who decorate Best Westerns, but it's a vast rococo, faux-gold meeting room with gilded Corinthian pillars in... Merde-a-Loco!
