(15,124 posts)Rosenstein to decide whether to make report public and refer on go Congress for them to decide if the info was "impeachable". I assumed, perhaps incorrectly, that the decision as to impeachment would only be considered after Mueller's COMPLETE report was in hand after all investigation was completed.
I hope there is much more to come from Mueller. I had assumed so, but the wording of Rachel's report gave me pause.
