Kudos for all of the Marcher Protesters! It gives an old man (me) hope. What

I hope to see is a lot of good gun legislation that will begin to fix the problem and then result in fixing the problem. I also hope to see the energies of all of these gifted young folks turn toward other very important issues. Especially climate change.

Gun violence is awful. Human made climate change will, sooner rather than later, cause catastrophic harm to exponentially greater numbers of people. I hope that one of the next steps for our bright and energetic young people, and everyone else, will be to say Enough! to the fossil fuel folks. Time is running out. It is already time to start some Geo Engineering. Putin and his crowd will resist such because their future depends on oil consumption. Nuts to that action!

If all of the cords of our current culture come together we can braid a rope to pull real change into our lives. May it be!

protesting the War a few days after Kent State.
I was right then, these kids I was standing with on Saturday are right now.
The big difference is that in 1970 a large majority of adults opposed the anti-war actions of the young people. Today, there are more and more that are enthusiastically endorsing them.

I'm with you, theophilus. "Your sons and your daughters are beyond your command. Your old road is rapidly aging. Please get out of the new one if you can't lend your hand For the times, they are a-changin."
