"Idiocracy" - sounds like SOTU turned into that (not watching)

From what I'm reading here and elsewhere it sounds like Trump came close to turning this into that scene.

Were there really USA! USA! chants?
Republicans are conditioned to do that if there's any kind of protest.

1) Wasn't a science denier.
2) Cared for the American people.
3) Had respect for people that he knew were smarter than him.
4) LISTENED to their advice.

Camacho would be a breath of fresh air compared to the Troll.
