My daughter is a high-powered DC attorney whose firm entertains at Cafe Milano from time to time, among other DC restaurants. The last bash they had there cost the firm over $10,000. She just told me the partners had a phone conference a few minutes ago and voted unanimously NO MORE BUSINESS TO CAFE MILANO!!!

She is calling her partner friends at other big-time DC firms, asking them to boycott the place.

...that it was 'explained' to him that it was a misunderstanding. Chefs not buying it...but asked all to support the Industry. Twitter world went all cray cray on Yelp and Franco's restaurant is now sporting a 2 star rating. Maybe that's the reason for the 'apology-explanation'?
