This wall thing blows my mind. So stupid. So environmentally unsound.
So expensive, unnecessary. The legal side of this, i.e., eminent domain, would tie this up for years. Are they just going to give up the Rio Grande? Build the wall down the middle of the river? It's not going to happen. I can guarantee that there will be sabotage if the wall is
attempted.

carried a baby. I told them I had water and milk for the child. They were very
grateful and polite. I gave the men old shirts and told them the safest passage.
I wonder what happened to them.....
Oh yeah--White People

In the north, there probably are quite a few undocumented Canadian immigrants. Twenty years ago, crossing the border required minimal documentation, and there are thousands of miles of unguarded border (no Rio Grande between Montana and Alberta!) even now. Not to mention you can take a boat across four Great Lakes bordering both countries.
Of course, Canada's probably in greater danger of American immigrants pouring over the border, eager for poutine and national health insurance.
