2. Yes. I have a copy of that tucked into my box of Christmas ornaments...

I don't even know how old it is, but I must have clipped it from a church bulletin, which would make my copy about 36 years old... It has always spoken to me very strongly, and unearthing it and reading it once a year is a good reminder.
