Favorites of mine that are expiring soon
Oldboy (10/6) A slightly surreal and very violent Korean story about a man who is imprisoned in an apartment for 15 years without being told why and his search for vengeance after he is released for equally unknown reasons.

The Other Side of Sunday (10/20) The story of a young girl growing up in a fundamentalist church in Norway in the early 1960s

Duck Soup (10/30) I think this is my favorite Marx Brothers movie.

The Dick Van Dyke Show (10/31) My favorite sitcom of the 1960s

Doc Martin (11/1) Run on many PBS stations recently, this is a comedy-drama about a surgeon with an Aspergers personality who relocates to a small village on the Cornwall coast after he develops a phobia about blood

2. This website is the Netflix Instant viewer's friend

http://instantwatcher.com/titles/expiring

It gives expiration dates four to six weeks out.

About a week before the actual expiration, a red expiration date appears in the right-hand column after the title on the Netflix site.

4. If you go online and look at your Netflix que, anything that is expiring will have a red date.
I always bump those to the front to the instant que so I don't forget about them.

7. We are obsessed with MadMen, but were previously obsessed with Lost.
We were staying up almost all night at one point just so we could watch *one* more episode!

9. Saw it when it was in theaters
(When I lived in Portland, I belonged to a Sunday movie group that saw the newest art house and foreign releases.)

Jane Horrock was amazing in that.

10. She was indeed. Husband and I had a bet going as to whether
she was doing her own singing. I lost.
