Nuclear Power is Safe? How Safe?

Rachel Maddow had an important segment last night where she and Republican Sam Blakeslee actually agreed on something. It was about the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Plant in California which sits very close to two different fault lines. Watch this segment, and then think about 104 Nuclear plants across the country and where they are situated.
