Crime Beat PA - A cavity search of a female suspect's vagina in Scranton, PA left police amazed with the hidden items, the woman stashed over over 50 bags of heroin (and several empties) along with $51.22 in cash and some pills in her vagina.

Authorities made the discovery after an auto accident.

According to a CBS News Crimesider report, the suspect was identified as 27-year-old Karin Mackaliunas, and she was involved in a car wreck and Scranton police say they found three bags of heroin in her jacket during the investigation....

I guess her customers might be a bit freaked out if you kept it all up there and pulled it out in front of them. If you're caught with the 3, and they hadn't done a cavity search, she might have get away with saying the 3 bags were for personal use. Or she was afraid of getting mugged.
